Lawyer Yasin Şimşek, who worked at Lawyer Remzi Aydın Law Firm between 2001 and 2003, later completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Mcgill University Faculty of Law in Canada and also successfully completed the Certificate of Achievement in International Litigation and Arbitration Courses, Certificate of Proficiency in English programs. He worked as a lawyer at Q.F.C Montreal Company between 2007 and 2009 and at Aksan Law Firm in 2009. He worked as a lawyer in the International Litigation Follow-up Group of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) Law Department between 2010 and 2011, and took part in many large files subject to international litigation and enforcement follow-up.

He founded Pozitif Law Consultancy Firm in 2011 and continues to grow his staff day by day as a founding and managing lawyer.

For many years, he was the external Consultant for the Sub-Saharan region for the renowned PHD Law Firm based in Turkey and advised on issues related to Foreign Direct Investments, Corporate Governance, Insurance, Tax, Banking and Finance. He advises a multi-national Company that invested in countries within the CEMAC zone worth 20, 000,000 USD.

WILLY has extensive experience in debt recovery procedures, drafting and negotiating contracts while practicing as pupil advocate in renowned Business Law Firms in Cameroon since 2008.
